If your glass jar arrives cracked, leaking, or damaged during courier transit, share a photo on WhatsApp (+92 300 0000000) within 48 hours of delivery and we will dispatch a complimentary replacement jar immediately.
1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window
Unopened products in their original tamper-evident sealed packaging may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, opened food jars cannot be restocked unless a verified quality defect is present.
2. Refund Processing
Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer orders are processed within 3 business days via Raast, IBAN Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa according to your preference.
