1. Dispatch & Processing Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT (Monday to Saturday) are packed and handed over to our courier partners the same business day from our climate-controlled Islamabad hub. Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
2. Delivery Charges & Free Shipping Threshold
Standard nationwide shipping across Pakistan is a flat fee of Rs. 250. All orders with a subtotal of Rs. 3,500 or above automatically receive FREE standard nationwide delivery. Priority Next-Day Air delivery for major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi) is available for an additional Rs. 200.
3. Protective Glass Jar Packaging
Because we bottle our raw honeys and cold-pressed oils exclusively in heavy food-grade glass to prevent plastic leaching, every jar is sealed with an induction liner and encased in a custom shock-absorbent foam sleeve inside a double-walled corrugated box.
